This complete backdrop comes with the following:

• Your choice of draping backdrop (white, black, gold, emerald green, navy, red, baby pink) 
• A large balloon garland on one side and a small balloon garland on the other (you can choose up to 3 standard colours otherwise an additional charge is required)
• Your choice of neon sign 

Draping backdrop comes as either 2m or 3m wide with an adjustable height up to 3m high. 

Please specify the following in the messages section when you check out:

• Backdrop colour
• Balloon colours
• Neon sign choice
• Size of backdrop required 

Our delivery, set up, pack down and removal service is free for this product if all the following conditions are met, otherwise additional charges may apply:

1. You meet our $299 minimum spend requirement for delivery

2. Delivery location is in Christchurch

3. There is free onsite parking at the venue.

4. The set up spot is indoors on the ground floor

5. You are flexible on delivery and removal times.

6. We are not required to deliver/remove after 9pm

7. We are not required to deliver/remove on a Sunday (we may have availability on a sunday evening)

If the above conditions cannot be met then please fill out the delivery scheduling page and check out with just that (and specify which items you're requiring delivery for) so we can send you a delivery quote.

Hire for delivered items is for 3 consecutive days. If we deliver and set up on day 1 then we must return to pick up the items by day 3 at the latest unless given permission by us.

Our items cannot be set up outside overnight. If you're wanting hired items set up outside for the day, this will depend on the weather and on the suitability of the area.

We can only set up on flat, solid, even/leveled ground.

It is your responsibility to check measurements and make sure our items will fit in the space you have allocated.

If you are hiring a neon sign, it is your responsibility to make sure a powerpoint is at the set up spot or provide an extension cord.

You must have someone meet us on time at the venue to show us where to set up or send us specific instructions beforehand.

We will not be held liable if we cannot set up because of any violations to the above condition and you will not receive a refund.

To make a booking please follow the following steps:

1. Click on the product page of the item you want and add it to your cart. Repeat for all required items. If you've added an item that is eligible for free delivery then you can also add other items that aren't eligible for free delivery and we'll deliver them for free too but we won't set those non eligible items up for you.

2. Go to the delivery scheduling page and fill out the details.

4. Go to your cart page and review your choices.

6. Check out and make payment.

7. We will get back to you to confirm your booking and discuss delivery times.

*If there are any issues or if the items are not availalbe for your desired dates then we will notify you as soon as possible, cancel your booking and give you a full refund.

Items for hire will require atleast 6 days notice.
