Our booths can capture and print images without wifi and are able to store all images to be uploaded to your online gallery after the event. However, if you want the online gallery to be updated live while you're using our photobooths for instant photo access via QR code then you will need to provide us with reliable wifi access or a device with unlimited data (assuming it's in service).

Only our Minimalist Photobooth can capture black and white photos.

Yes our booths can capture and store as many photos as you'd like which will be uploaded live to the online gallery.

When you choose our instant printing option we will customise the border for your photo printouts, free of charge. This will include adding text, illustrations, colour etc. We usually send you templates to choose from but you're also welcome to send us your own design if you prefer.

A photo booth operator is a staff member who is there to operate and assist guests in the use of the booth, make sure everything is running smoothly and adjust the camera and lighting as needed.

Yes our photobooths comes with a Photobooth operator for the duration of your hire period.

Yes the photobooths can be set up outside as long as they are under a sheltered area away from direct sunlight (e.g. a marquee or gazebo), and on flat even ground with a power source at the site to plug in the booths.

The photobooths themselves don't require much space, however we do require a 2.5m meter distance between the backdrop and our photobooth as well as a 3 meter wide space if possible to allow for the backdrop, booth, operator, printer and props table.

Yes as long as the following criteria is met:

1. Your event is in Christchurch, Kaiapoi or Rangiora

2. There is free private parking right next to the set up room/area

3. We are setting up on the ground floor

4. We are not required to set up or pack down before 10:30am or after 10:30pm.

If you do not meet the criteria above then you may be charged an additional delivery/set up fee.

Yes we can deliver to the outskirts of Christchurch such as Lincoln, Rolleston, Tai Tapu etc. but you may incur a delivery fee.

Areas just North of Christchurch (Kaiapoi & Rangiora) will not incur any additional delivery fees.

Once you confirm agreement to our quote, we will get back to you with an invoice where a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required upfront to secure your booking. The remaining amount will then be required no later than 3 weeks before your event.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any postment requests at our discretion. If your postponement request is denied you will forfeit any deposit paid so please only book with us if you are set on your event date.

You may cancel your booking without being required to pay the full payment up to 3 weeks before the event date. However, you will forfeit any deposit paid.
