$300 minimum spend on hired non-customisable items required to be eligible for local delivery within Christchurch & surrounding regions. Please ensure that you are eligible before filling out the information and adding this delivery service to your order.
Please note - we carry out multiple deliveries, especially on weekends, so we require a reasonable level of flexibility when it comes to the access times for delivery and removal.
Our delivery, set up, pack down and removal service is free if all the following conditions are met, otherwise additional charges may apply:
- You meet our $300 minimum spend requirement for delivery
- Delivery location is in Christchurch
- There is free onsite private parking at the venue
- The set up spot is indoors on the ground floor
- You and the venue are very flexible on delivery and removal times
- We are not required to deliver/remove before 9am or after 9pm
- We are not required to deliver/remove on public holidays
If the above conditions cannot be met then please fill out the delivery scheduling page and check out with just that (and specify which items you're requiring delivery for) so we can send you a delivery quote first.
All payments are non-refundable once your order is confirmed.
Hire is for a maximum of 3 consecutive days. If you have us deliver on day 1, the items will need to be packed away and returned by day 3 at the latest.
Our items can only be set up outside if the weather permits this but must never be left outside overnight.
Our larger items (e.g. arches, backdrops, flowerwalls) can only be set up on flat solid even grounds.
It is your responsibility to check measurements and make sure our items will fit in the space you have allocated.
If you are hiring a neon sign, it is your responsibility to make sure a powerpoint is close by or provide an extension cord.
All items must be kept clean and in the same condition as when they were released to you.
You must have someone meet us on time at the venue to show us where to set up or send us specific instructions beforehand.
Any violations to the above conditions may result in a forfiet of your booking.

FAQs
To make a booking please follow the following steps:
1. Click on the product you want and add your items to your cart
2. Check whether you are eligible for pick up or delivery.
3. Choose the pick-up or the delivery scheduling page.
4. Schedule delivery or pick up dates and times to match your booking dates and add to your cart.
5. Go to your cart page and review your choices.
6. Check out and make payment.
Once you've finished you'll recieve a confirmation email to confirm your booking. If we need any more information we will reach out via email.
Each product page will outline whether or not the item is eligible for pick up. In general, any fragile items or items that are difficult to transport or set up such as:

There will be no discounts for shorter hire periods. Hire is for up to 4 consecutive days, where the items are used for 1 day only. The hire length period is to allow delivery or pick up, set up, use, pack down, removal and return.
If you can provide proof that you cannot proceed with your event due to you contracting COVID-19 or due to government restrictions which do allow you to proceed with your event then the following procedure applies:
We will work with you to apply your booking to a new hire date within 6 months of the original hire date (assuming that the items booked are still available for hire on your new date). If this is not possible, the amount you paid will be used as a credit note on a future booking within the next 6 months.
Please note if you choose to postpone or cancel your event even though the government restrictions in place do not actually prevent you from proceeding with your event then you will not be eligible for postponement or a credit note from us.
